He previously was the Head of Social Media for LEGO children’s network, LEGO Life, which launched in 2017 and has since gained over two million users. “The millennial generation is that last in history to know what life was like before constant-connectedness, before our attention was forever altered by devices and before our relationships with one another, with society and culture were transformed by the internet”.
James believes we all have a responsibility to ensure the next generation has a healthy and productive relationship with old and new technologies.
James is now a highly popular keynote speaker for industry events, speaking about technology, AI, communications, marketing, social media and emerging trends. He has a number of set keynote speaking subjects that have all been very well received.
As the field of artificial intelligence continues to grow and evolve, we are seeing major players like Google, Amazon, and Meta entering the space and competing with OpenAI for dominance in the area of large language models (LLMs). This competition is driving innovation which is great news for businesses looking to leverage the power of AI. But what is coming? When can you expect this to really impact the way you work? Why is it important to learn more and embrace these technologies, and how can you benefit from the new wave of AI? In this speech, James Poulter looks at how the future is arriving fast and how you can use it, and how it can impact any industry from heath, tech, retail, and education.
One of the few people I’ve met that have the real ability to read people and situations well, and act on that knowledge in ways that lead to real interpersonal effectiveness. In the fast-paced and dynamic digital environment, there are some situations where entrepreneurs often find themselves struggling to steer safely out of a conversational jam – James definitely does not have that problem, he loves sharing his experience to help others build their business or community.

In this new age of digital marketing and PR, there are few people in the UK that absolutely ‘get it’. Those that do have been busy proving just how valuable this new way of doing things is to business and James is one of those people.
