Frankie Bridge is a versatile entertainer, best known for being part of the pop group S Club Juniors, before rising to prominence with girl group The Saturdays, who achieved multiple top ten hits.
Outside of music, Frankie has carved out a successful career in television and fashion. She joined the ITV show Loose Women in 2020, took part in I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here (2020), and even reached the finals of Strictly Come Dancing in 2014. She made her West End debut in 2023, starring in the critically acclaimed show, 2:22 A Ghost Story.
Her influence extends into fashion with #FrankieFaves, her weekly curated high-street edit, which has evolved into a popular newsletter. She has a social media following of over 3.5 million across platforms.
Frankie is very passionate about mental health, and has been an ambassador for MIND since 2013, openly sharing her own experiences with anxiety and depression.
Frankie Bridge’s singing career started aged 12, when she successfully auditioned for the reality television show, S Club Search (2001), forming S Club Juniors with eight others. They released seven singles and two albums, appearing on S Club Juniors: The Story (2002), Children in Need (2001), and I Dream (2004). They disbanded in 2005.
In 2007, Frankie successfully auditioned for girl band The Saturdays, along with Vanessa White, Mollie King, Una Healey, and fellow S Club Juniors singer, Rochelle Humes. The band would go on to have huge success in the UK and further afield. The band went on hiatus in 2014, with the individual members releasing solo work, to varying degrees of success.
Throughout her time in the music industry, Frankie has achieved 19 UK top ten singles and six UK top ten albums, with an estimated 10 million records sold worldwide.

Since her music career was put on hold, Frankie has become a popular figure in television. She took part in the 12th series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2014, making it to the final and finishing as runner-up, and in 2017 she began presenting Cannonball. Her other television credits include Top of the Pops (2002-03), Big Brother’s Little Brother (2008), Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway (2009), Ghosthunting With… (2010), Married to a Celebrity (2017), Loose Women (2021-present), and I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here (2021) where she finished third.
She has presented a number of documentaries for Channel 5, including Celebrity Trolls: We’re Coming to Get You (2016-17), and Celebrity Trolls With Frankie Bridge (2017). The series saw Frankie and a group of investigators track down people who had sent abusive messages to celebrities.
In 2023, Frankie started presenting the First Dates Podcast with Cici Coleman.

Frankie has been a passionate advocate for mental health help, and even suffered her own mental health crisis. In 2011, she had to take time out of her commitments after being hospitalised with depression. After a stint in rehab, she clarified that she had not been admitted due to alcohol and drugs, but due to depression.
She was praised for speaking about her mental health battle, and this led to her becoming an ambassador for charity MIND.
Frankie has been the face of Veet, Impulse, and Nintendo 3DS game Nintendogs + Cats.
She is a captivating speaker and event host, sharing behind-the-scenes anecdotes from her time in the entertainment industry. She is also passionate about speaking about mental health, anxiety, and depression.
