Laura is married to Craig Phillips, DIY expert and Big Brother winner.  Together they are Mr & Mrs DIY.

Recent achievements include becoming a ‘Tabata’ master trainer, presenting for Universal Pictures and working as a body double in an upcoming Nike commercial.  She has spent many hours in front of the camera, from presenting fitness product for the likes of ARGOS to working with international organisations such as P1 POWERBOAT to create training blogs for their top jet ski racers.

The beauty of using Laura on your next project is her ability to write, present and comment on fitness-related material, she is a qualified fitness professional who works hard to keep herself in tip-top shape and capable of either scripted or ad-lib presenting and interviewing and has a strong background as a trained actor. Laura has a special interest in children’s fitness and healthy eating and is happy to front TV fitness sessions, offer comment on her specialist subjects or interview participants on either live feed or pre-record, one thing she doesn’t need is a script, Laura is well capable of ad-lib and handling live non-scripted projects.

Laura is an accomplished snowboarder and jet skier with experience in mountain biking, climbing and canoeing and has a passion for life you will struggle to match, her infectious enthusiasm shines through and is evident on camera leading to a high energy and motivational style that is well suited to corporate promotion and presenting.

As a respected industry professional, Laura has regularly delivered live for the PURE ELITE awards (an industry event), worked with Ricky Hatton and the HATTON ACADEMY itself and created content for www.GYMCUBE.com. She has taken the stage on many occasions to deliver live at key fitness events, interviewed well-known celebrities and has extensive experience of outside broadcast and has even been known to deliver while running with participants in sports events.

Laura has various appearances as the ‘expert’ on live shopping channels to her credit and has gradually built up her experience in front of the camera over the last few years, honing her ability and style working on content for Channel 4, Channel 5, and ESPN, Although Laura specialises in fitness-related content, she loves to hear about possible assignments, even if they are ‘off topic’ or just concepts at the moment.
