Her main keynote, ‘Louder For the People at the Back’ is a rallying cry for professionals who have something to say but aren’t always heard. She blends personal stories, practical tools, and her powerful stage presence to empower audiences to communicate with courage, no matter their role of environment.
Chloe works with corporate event teams, trade show organisers, sales teams, individual event professionals, content producers, and event agencies.
She has been involved in a range of major events for top clients, including B2B Marketing Summit, C&IT, Confex, Cvent CONNECT, ELX Annual Congress, EXPERIENCEit, IMEX America, The Meetings Show, M&IT Agency Forum, Mobile World Congress, and UFI European Events week.
When Chloe Richardson was just 19 years old, she was handed a large budget to plan 10 back-to-back events for the largest student accommodation in Europe. Unqualified and inexperienced, she found herself mentally exhausted and sleep deprived, but knew from that moment that she wanted to work in the events industry.
Since then, she has spent over 15 years immersed in the global events industry, working on stage, on the show floor, and behind the scenes, helping teams to turn good events into unforgettable ones.
Since 2022, Chloe has worked with Event Leaders Exchange (ELX), first as the managing director, then community director, and currently head of content. ELX are a professional community that brings together senior event leaders to share ideas and industry insights and engage in powerful, actionable conversations.
