With a background in fitness, Charlotte understands the demands of a fast-paced corporate city lifestyle and the challenges of balancing work, social commitments, and wellbeing. Her approach integrates strength training, yoga and mindful movement with self-love and body awareness, helping clients build sustainable, supportive routines that fit real life.
Charlotte believes that movement extends far beyond the gym or high-intensity classes. She advocates listening to the body, honouring its changing needs and developing a deeper connection to how it moves and feels. For Charlotte, true health is about making informed, compassionate choices that support long-term well-being—not chasing aesthetics, but cultivating strength, confidence, and vitality from the inside out.

Charlotte chose to donate her eggs from a place of deep empathy and conviction, grounded in her own decision to be child-free by choice and her belief in supporting others’ dreams of parenthood. For her, it was an altruistic way to offer something meaningful — not because she wanted children herself, but because she recognised just how much donor eggs can transform lives for people struggling to conceive.
Research shows that many UK women choose to donate primarily to help others have the family they long for, rather than for financial gain, and to give something valuable that might otherwise go unused.
As a speaker and advocate, Charlotte openly shares her journey to normalise diverse reproductive choices and to highlight how being child-free can coexist with contributions to family-building. Her voice adds nuance to conversations around fertility, emphasising autonomy, compassion, and the profound impact egg donation can have on individuals and couples who cannot conceive without it.

Star of Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model 2012, she’s also presented live for the show itself. Her ‘Miss England’ title and modelling work have taken her to China, Mauritius, Bulgaria, France, Spain, Malaysia, Dubai and Thailand; therefore, she can easily adapt to different languages and cultures, and speaks French to a conversational level.
She’s a regular presenter at exhibitions staged at Olympia, EXCEL in London and the NEC Birmingham.
Outside the media spotlight, her passions include sports, fitness, food, travel, charity, and fashion, which all inform many of her work assignments. She’s completed the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze, Silver and Gold awards, has qualifications in sailing and gymnastics and has completed three London Marathons and completed Tough Mudder twice!
Charlotte spends her time between the UK and India.
