Bruce Daisley is a keynote speaker and bestselling writer about workplace culture, working with leadership teams and organisations to help create and sustain a positive, high-performance work culture.
His previous business career saw him spend over a decade as one of the best-known technology experts in the world, first working for YouTube and then Twitter across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
He is regarded as one of the most respected thought leaders on the subject and was once named by LinkedIn as one of the world’s top 10 voices on the topic. He was also named in a survey of industry leaders as the ‘fantasy hire that most of them would like to make’. Even more impressively, he beat Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos to the award.
Bruce Daisley worked in sales and digital for Emap, before moving to Google as their YouTube Director; he followed this up with advising Comic Relief on all things digital, before joining Twitter, first as the UK Managing Director and then the VP EMEA.
Bruce hosts the Eat Sleep Work Repeat podcast, which has been listened to over five million times, and frequently tops the business charts. Topics discussed include work culture, making work matter, sport, case studies, happiness, psychology, research, and the future of work.

Bruce regularly contributes to printed publications including The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, and Harvard Business Review.
He is the bestselling author of three books, including:
– The Joy of Work (2019): In the course of his career, Bruce has worked with some of the world’s biggest media companies, from Google to Twitter, and has become a leading expert on how we work. He shares brilliant and simple tips on how to make your job more productive, more rewarding, and more enjoyable.
– Eat Sleep Work Repeat: 30 Hacks For Bringing Joy to Your Job (2020): Bruce has given a lot of thought to what makes a workforce productive and how that, in turn, benefits the company. This book shares what he discovered, sharing insights and solutions for reinvigorating work.
– Fortitude: The Myth of Resilience, and the Secrets of Inner Strength (2022): Bruce demystifies the concept of resilience, exposing the highly questionable science it is based. Instead, he outlines a different approach to good mental health that uses the very latest research. The book went on to be named a Sunday Times bestseller

Having led some of the biggest global companies, Bruce understands there’s a big difference between what might work, and what actually works in practice. He is a highly sought-after keynote speaker on workplace culture, and regularly works with leadership teams to implement cultural programs.
