Ben Hurst

Ben Hurst is a dynamic speaker and experienced facilitator specialising in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and positive masculinity.

Specialising in gendered stereotypes, he helps men to deconstruct their relationship to masculinity. He also address topics like class, race, the climate crisis, ad intersectionality.

Known for his TEDx talk – Boys Won’t Be Boys: We Need to Talk to Boys About Online Misogyny – Ben has written for Glamour, Stylist, and Marie Claire.

He provides insights to help men build emotional literacy and work towards positive change. He is the co-host of the TEDx Climate Curious Podcast, and is the Netflix ambassador for the series Adolescence (2025).
