Ariana Bravo is a motorsport presenter and podcaster who has built a reputation as one of the most exciting new voices in Formula 1 media. Since 2023, she has been part of Channel 4’s Formula 1 broadcasting team, fronting their popular highlights show.Â

Away from television, Ariana is also a podcaster and a strong advocate for making motorsport accessible to all. She is committed to championing diversity, equality, and inclusion within the industry and proudly serves as an ambassador for Girls on Track UK, an initiative designed to inspire the next generation of women in motorsport. Through her work both on and off screen,

Ariana Bravo grew up in a Formula 1 household, but only saw it as a fan, rather than as a career, she she went on to study economics at university. She never seriously considered heading down the motorsport route. Her university studies were totally unrelated to her current work. She worked in consultancy for four years. But realised she wanted to make motorsport a career, even though she knew that as a woman, she was hugely underrepresented in the male dominated world.

Ariana’s journey into motorsport presenting began with her passion for Formula 1 content creation. She launched a dedicated Instagram account where she produced IGTV videos, providing race build-ups midweek along with post-qualifying and post-race coverage at weekends. This consistent on-camera practice helped her develop the presenting skills and confidence needed to take the leap into professional motorsport media.
In 2020, Ariana’s efforts caught the attention of Formula One Management (FOM), who began discussions about potential opportunities. By early 2021, her career took another step forward when Autosport approached her to host their official race coverage podcast.
Securing a presenting role with Autosport, one of the most established names in Formula 1 and motorsport journalism, was a major breakthrough. For Ariana, working with such a globally recognised brand was both an exciting and pivotal moment in establishing herself as a trusted motorsport presenter and broadcaster.
Now a regular name in Formula 1, she has done pre-race show hosting, covered the drivers’ parade, and done some post-session and podium interviews.

Being a woman in a traditionally male-dominated industry has thrown up some important discussions. The topic of diversity in motorsport is a familiar one, and Ariana is very passionate about doing all she can to help. Together with motorsport marketer Steph Turner, she created the Driven by Diversity podcast, which saw the two speaking to people who come from underrepresented backgrounds about how they achieved their position in motorsport and their experiences in the industry.
“I’ve never felt like anyone has looked at me differently or treated me differently because of my gender or my race, but that’s not to say there aren’t issues. You have to stay focused as much as you can and remember you’re more than capable. There may be obstacles and there may be struggles that you’ll face, and there may be people you come across that are very backward thinking, but you have to stay really focused and be really persistent.”
