Amelia Kallman didn’t start her career in the tech industry but in a theatrical background, beginning her technology career by chance in in 2013 when working for a creative technology agency. Here she progressed to become their Global Head of Innovation.

She believes it is the fact she has come from a non-traditional technology background that enables her to have the talent for making the complex  accessible.
