Menopause Awareness Month Speakers for October

24th Sep 2025

Menopause Awareness Month covers the whole of October, with a specific World Menopause Day falling on October 18th 2025. The aim of the campaign is to raise awareness, challenge stigma, and highlight the support available for those navigating menopause, and to promote better health and wellbeing.

Menopause Awareness

The theme for World Menopause Day 2025 is Lifestyle Medicine.

Although perimenopause and the menopause itself are increasingly discussed in mainstream media, there still seems to be a taboo around the topic, especially in the workplace, leaving many women to struggle in silence.

Here at Great British Speakers, we offer a diverse selection of speakers who openly and honestly share their own experiences with the menopause, and provide valuable insights into how businesses can better support their employees during this time of life.
