“Marc’s knowledge of all things champagne and his skill at conveying this to our guests at the World Gourmet Summit made for an exceptional event for Dom Perignon.”
Rachel Tan Carrasco, Brand Manager, Prestige Champagnes, LVMH
“Marc is a natural host and presenter; with the perfect amount of exuberance, charm and confidence. Marc creatively contributed to the ideas for the evening’s rundown and on the night, he read the room extremely well, balancing formality with humour and spontaneity. I would be delighted to have him emcee future events.”
Michele Schofield, A+E Networks Asia.
"Marc was a fantastic emcee at our live runway event for the finale of Asia’s Next Top Model Cycle 3. His energy is infectious and comedic timing unparalleled. I would have Marc emcee any event that requires getting a crowd warmed and keeping them there!
Sam Gollestani, Fox International Channels (Asia).
“Marc is one of the most passionate and professional people I have come across. The commitment that he has shown towards the NZCC events as emcee and event host is truly commendable. Marc hosted our Waitangi Day celebrations on 2015 and 2016 with great success, artfully engaging with the crowds as well with our Corporate Partners and special guests. Marc has a lot of experience and drive, which makes him stand out from the rest.”
Monica Portillo, Events Manager, New Zealand Chamber of Commerce Singapore.
"The energy of the audience can make or break a cooking demo because it can draw the best out of the chef's performance; and it takes a seasoned host to connect the audience with the chef. Marc, with his obvious love (and knowledge) of life, food and beverage, does this effortlessly, peppering the demo with nuggets of information and garnishing it with humour. It shows when host, chef and audience are all having a good time."
Willin Low, chef/founder Wild Rocket Restaurant.
"Marc knows how to work a crowd and makes sure everyone's having a great time. He's clear and easy to understand and adds his tongue-in-cheek jokes to keep the whole affair lively. Marc's sparkling wit, inclusiveness and knowledge makes him the go-to emcee for any occasion."
Lauren Bartlett, New Zealand Trade & Enterprise
“Marc’s the glue that really makes for a fun event. Multi-dimensional and always engaging!”
