What clients say

A fantastic speaker – thorough, dedicated and insightful. She delivered the presentation faultlessly, was extremely authentic and our audience of business owners from a variety of sectors and business size found her “inspiring and uplifting”.

Paula Kemp, Business Breakthrough Manager, Santander UK

Inspires, engages and energises. Anis doesn’t talk at attendees but with them and that’s what make her talks so valuable. I would highly recommend Anis to anyone that is looking to grow their sales.

Lorna Bladen, Head of Events, Enterprise Nation

Inspiring. Empowering.

Isabel Oswell, Head of Business Audiences, British Library

Anis’ talk was empowering... I’m very reserved about selling, due to the perceived personality traits needed (which I don’t have!), Anis’ talk changed my opinion.

Events Manager, Ordnance Survey

Her ‘Mindful selling’ talks boosted confidence and productivity throughout. Working with Anis is a joy, she is flexible, adaptable and authentic.

Jade Coles, Head of Events, Soho House

I have been speaking on sales and sales management since 1970s. Anis has really given sales a whole new dimension. Her delivery and message is a winning one.

Marc Demarquette Chocolatier expert speaker confectionery events at Great British Speakers

Speaking and experiential events:

Marc doesn't simply come along and talk. He's defined three core Chocolate tasting events that focus on much more than simply eating your way through a box of chocolates.

Chocolate – Nature’s original Perfumery.

Drawing on the 350+ sensorial flavour compounds in chocolate, this event looks at the complexity of taste and smell. It explores the parallels of both the craftsmanship of Haute Perfumery and Haute Chocolaterie. This event is perfect for those who have an acute “pallet and nose”, for those who enjoy a more refined and educational angle.

Curiosity of Chocolate.

Demarquette are fortunate to stock rare and often unique products, which defy conventional ways of interpreting chocolate. This event looks at the variety of cacaos out there that the big brands have no access to due to their rarity.
’Curiosity of Chocolate’ reviews the art of chocolate making and how some results that are outside the norms are so tantalising. Here you'll experience head turning and lip-smacking creations that defy convention!

Chocolate Spirit!

An event fuelled with passion and associations with the very best of pure alcohols from around the world. Parallels in craft and attention to detail are drawn and explored, but also how both the beverages and chocolates can complement each other. Marc peels away the layers of flavour and complexity to enjoy the symbiosis of chocolate and distilled alcohols.

Discover the world of chocolate spirit! Note that this event involves tasting alcohol!

Jon Jenkins

Jon Jenkins hawaiian shirt GBBO Bake Off Welsh Baker at Great British Speakers

Jon Jenkins won the hearts of thousands of viewers during the GBBO series earlier this year. Not only did he become known for being a proud Welshman, baking a variety of Welsh bakes most weeks, he also demonstrated his love of loud Hawaiian shirts, by wearing a different shirt each week, including a Christmas themed Hawaiian shirt, starring Santa in a grass skirt. Jon also gained immense popularity for bringing fun to the tent by wearing a tutu to present his 'ballet' cake to the judges and for becoming a ‘superhero’ when he stopped to help fellow contestant Ruby when she was struggling. The public and judges were also impressed with his scientific knowledge of baking – it was the first time spherification was heard in the tent and who can forget his tiny glittery lemon balls.....

Since being in the Bake Off tent, Jon has had a hugely positive response from the public and social media, which has given him opportunities such as working for the BBC as part of Children in Need and on BBC Radio Wales as part of the Foodie Friday programme. In addition, tickets sold out within an hour of a demonstration night he was hosting, resulting in a second night being booked. He now has bookings for baking school weekends across the country. Jon has been involved in promotions of baking products and hosting open days, including Redrow Homes.

Jon is available for public speaking, personal appearances, demonstrations, event attendance, product endorsements, interviews and presenting and would be happy to discuss any additional promotions ideas. Additional costs for wearing a tutu!
