Charlene White

Charlene White is a journalist and broadcaster for ITV News. She is the first black woman ever to present the ITV News at 10, having previously worked across the BBC as a broadcaster and senior journalist and as a features writer for the New York Post. 

Throughout her career, she has interviewed everyone from politicians such as Tony Blair to celebrities like Jay-Z and Kayne West. 

Charlene has also hosted her own BBC late night radio show for BBC London - Through the Night with Charlene White. The show includes live music, sport and games and chats regarding current affairs and with occasional special guests. 

Charlene has been a mentor for 15 years, volunteering at various schools, pupil referral units and social enterprise schemes. She is a Patron for Bowel Cancer UK.
