Anita Rani News Anchor Host Journalist at Great British Speakers

Anita Rani is the presenter of Countryfile (BBC1) and a regular contributor to The One Show (BBC1). She has also presented many travel-inspired documentaries for the BBC including the two-part series, Refugee Camp; Our Desert Home, New York: America’s Busiest City and The World’s Busiest Railway Station, which featured as part of the BBC’s Indian Season in 2015.

Her other presenting credits include the property programmes Escape to the Continent and the RTS award-winning Four Rooms on Channel 4.

As a live presenter, Anita has fronted segments for This Morning (ITV), hosted Countryfile Live at Blenheim Palace to more than 125,000 visitors and in 2011, reported live from the Royal Wedding for the BBC.

Anita has also participated in the award-winning BBC entertainment shows, Who Do You Think You Are and Strictly Come Dancing, joining the live tour at the start of 2017. Anita also participated in Comic Relief’s Great British Bake Off where she won the charity competition.

Anita is a popular host and in high demand for both presenting and speaking events. Through her travels, Anita has many stories to tell that will both intrigue and entertain audiences.
