Paul Mumford is a highly experienced and innovative health & fitness coach, author and broadcaster. Following a successful career presenting breakfast shows for the UK’s largest radio group, Paul now combines both careers as an expert broadcaster and public speaker. His first book, “The Accumulator™ was published by Bloomsbury in January 2016 and a second Spanish edition is due for release in early 2017.
“People remember your message more if they’re entertained and well as informed. I’ve sat in on many industry seminars bored rigid by statistics, science and opinion but 12 years on breakfast radio has taught me that anything I say needs to grab my audience straight away. I like to leave people with fire in their bellies and a smile on their faces”.
Paul has a holistic approach to health and fitness and his passion has often been called infectious. Oh, he also goes running in bare feet and teaches other people to do it too.
Health, fitness and motivation; he is also a keen writer and blogger
Paul's talks vary in length depending on what’s required, from 15-20 minute talks to seminars and workshops lasting an hour or more.
His Key-note is based on health and fitness:
- How to be fit and healthy for life.
- Naked exercise – how and why.
- Naked running – how and why.
- Stepping on the scales is bad for your health.

What the Clients Say:
As part of my job I attend a lot of courses, lectures and seminars and have, as a result, seen a lot of speakers and lecturers. Paul is up there amongst the best. He can simplify complicated concepts for the audience and is adept at taking questions throughout, without losing the theme, and integrating the answers into the talk. He is passionate about the subjects he covers and this infectious passion inspires those who are in attendance.

Paul's talk on barefoot running was absolutely fascinating! He was able to explain some quite complicated topics in a really simplified way, making it really easy to understand and fun to listen to. Paul's passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the subject was clear to see and really engaged the audience. I'm a total convert.
