Anna Jones is the acclaimed author of the popular vegetarian cookbook, A Modern Way to Eat. She is an advocate for promoting a healthy lifestyle and believes that vegetables should be at the heart of every table. She is devoted to helping people change their unhealthy eating patterns and make long-term commitments to eating well. She enjoys creating new flavours and believes that healthy eating can be exciting and does not have to be a daunting experience.
Before the release of her own cookbook, Anna was a member of Jamie Oliver’s healthy food team. She has since worked with some of the country’s most recognisable food brands and popular chefs.
Anna has appeared on BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen where we prepared her banana, blueberry and pecan pancakes.
In 2016, Anna was nominated for James Beard Award for ‘excellence in cuisine, culinary writing, and culinary education.’
